Our programmes are all run and led by an experienced naturopath, osteopaths, and physiotherapists.  This means that we can not only cater for all levels of fitness and ability, but also with injuries. Each participant is fully assessed biomechanically, neurologically and nutritionally and has their own individual exercise, nutrition and treatment plan designed.  Each participant is continually observed to ensure that they are performing each activity correctly and making progress, and their program adjusted as necessary.  

Using a unique combination of biometric tests and genotype assessments we can help you discover the best type of exercise program, fitness program and diet plan for you.  We refer to our dietary advice as a primal diet plan as the popular meat-based paleo diet plan is great for some people, but not so suitable for others - whether due to their particular genetic type or due to their belief system.

You will learn how to move with the least stress on your body and mind - bounce rather than strain or plod!  How to perform exercises correctly and to the maximum effectiveness and efficiency.  This often means less really is more!
